Clay / Hand building work shop
Learn the art of hand building unique clay tableware and abstract sculpture using a combination of coil, slab, and pinch construction methods. Fees include 25 lbs of clay, use of pottery tools and equipment, glazes and firings! No experience necessary. This class is perfect for beginners and intermediates.
Gain a solid foundation or stretch your abilities in the hand building process! Our Instructor, Ken McMillan has been teaching ceramics for over 30 years and has a super enthusiastic approach.. His creativity is sure to build and renew your flair for clay whether you’re a beginner or have lots of experience Demonstration participation is encouraged, though experienced students may work independently.
