In the very unlikely event that circumstances dictate that we do postpone an event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another Puddy Mud event of your choice of a comparable price. If registering children for our various events, Puddy Mud is not responsible for medical care or the administration of medicine for any condition your child may have. It is the parent's responsibility to keep Puddy Mud updated with all contact information for your or the child's legal guardian including home phone, cell phone, alternative contacts, emails, etc., Puddy Mud shall not be held liable should any of the contact methods provided by you fail to establish a mean of communication.
